Hilton Milwaukee City Center Hotel

This is the second bad experience I had with the Hilton brand in recent month. In each time they tried to overcharge for false things. In the first time (at St. Louis) they tried to charge twice for parking but I noticed it and prevented them from doing it. This time in Milwaukee they charged my credit card with extra 30$ and there is no one to talk to about it. I would suggest to stay away from this brand. It looks systematic. I had a similar experience some years ago in Orlando as well. Never had it elsewhere.

The hotel had a friendly staff, it was a clean property inside and out and it was a comfortable stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check in was very efficient, especially being check in for six rooms. The housekeeping staff was very sympathetic and efficient in helping deal with sick students in the middle of the night.
