Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront Resort

We had several problems with this hotel.

First off, there wasn't enough staff to service and clean the hotel.

Trash and used towels scattered around the pool area daily.

They ran out of towels for the pool daily.

Outdoor pool furniture had no cushions and was uncomfortable.

We had to request that our bed linens be changed after several days!

Our room had only been vacuumed twice during our 9 day stay!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful but that wasn't enough to make up for the lack of services elsewhere.

For the price that they charge, we had expected better service!

The front desk staff was professional and courteous with exception of one employee. The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and I plan to stay there again.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The setting of the hotel was lovely. The hotel was located directly on the beach and I enjoyed the view of the ocean from my room balcony. Also, the bed was entirely comfortable and it provided a restful night's sleep.

I loved our stay at the Hilton hotel. We had a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they also had good knowledge of local eateries and entertainment.
