Our first room had hairs in many places from the pillow, between the sheets around the toilet seat, and on the bathroom ceiling. The shower is another story. Basically the grout between the tiles was never sealed. So now, however many showers later, it looked mildewed and nasty. Then we had a billing problem. They did give us a new room promptly with free breakfast coupons. But we felt that because we used Priceline.com we were discriminated against.
