I loved the room, the view, the restaurant!

Overall, the service here was terrible. The staff was rude. When we mentioned it, they said, "Sorry you feel this way. We are a 4 diamond hotel and everyone else is happy with us."

They obviously have high esteem for their business, not their customers. If you travel here, be aware that you will likely be informed of the "greatness" of their hotel, while experiencing the rudeness of their staff.

The location was great and the service was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty. The view was amazing!

The hotel was great. The restaurant was understaffed for breakfast. The meal was slow but it was comped.

We were at this hotel for and event and it was handled with excellence. The staff was extremely professional in every respect. The only problem was that they are renovating the hotel and we had construction going on right under our room, other that that, everything was beautiful.
