rooms filthy, walls too thin, bed was very comfortable if you could get to sleep over the loud tv/guests in the adjoining room & hallways. excellent front desk/restaurant staff. will not stay here again til it is cleaned up.

I felt that the price was a little high for the area and I would have expected a more attractive and clean bathroom but overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff was excellent. It would also be nice if the location had a gift shop and a better in house restaurant.
The comfortable bedding and the security made me feel relaxed.

The location was prominent off the highway and close to several strip malls. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent. The gym was disappointing and it could have used more newer treadmills.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary, going here was a great choice. A very romantic setting. Everything was great from the check in to check out. Great shopping was just a walk away. The only bad thing I would say is there...

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I've lived there for four months and have always been pleased with the service. Their room service quality leaves much to be desired, however.
The front desk staff has gone out of their way to allow me to keep the same room for the past several months. Reservations can only be made for four weeks out, and they always make sure we are able to stay in the room we've been in when we extend.

The staff reminds this guest of what Southern Hospitality really is! They will accommodate whatever flight of fancy your heart desires. The concierge is wonderful, the whole location offers fun when you want it and peace and quiet when you need it.
When I was leaving, I had been shopping and my bags were much heavier than when I arrived. The bellmen had the most genteel attitude toward me and would not let me lift a finger, then helped me into my car!

My conference was located within the facility. It is easy to get to from the interstate. The public restrooms were not maintained due to the high conference attendance. The refreshments were not received in a timely manner.
