The service was excellent, the only problem that we ran into was that the radiator in the room leaked and caused the room to smell really bad. The problem was taken care of and we were comped for our last night.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The hotel had great movies to watch and a good pool.

They have spacious rooms and it is newly remodeled. It is one block from Monument Circle and the Circle Mall. They have a friendly staff.

It's an amazing and outstanding hotel. It has absolutely beautiful accommodations and an above and beyond courteous staff.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were great, even better than my own bed at home. The hotel was quiet and peaceful each night.

It was very well managed and I had no problems with check-in or out. They have friendly workers and are helpful when asked of something.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They provided us with an honor bar. They turned down our beds at night and after cleaning left a treat on the pillow.

The hotel has a perfect downtown location, right in the heart of all the action. Parking was easy, in an attached garage located behind hotel. It was the best service we have ever had at a hotel!

This hotel made me feel content: The entire atmosphere of the Hilton hotel was geared toward making the guest feel content and comfortable in their surroundings.

The location was very convenient for me. I was disappointed I could not reserve a non-smoking room, but I reserved an 'accessible' room that got me the non-smoking feature.

They are located right downtown which was right where we wanted to go. That was great! It is easy to find, and many nice places, including state government buildings, are very close by. The room was comfortable. However, we lost a battery charger while there and when we called from our next place, we found they are rather difficult to reach for lost and found. We never got a positive response back from them. Otherwise, it was a fine place.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The main entry and desk area are very well appointed and makes one feel they are rich while there, whether they are or not. The actual cost was not for the rich only though.

There was a double billing for parking, but it was corrected. The room was small for the money and somewhat rundown.

It was very expensive, of course, but it was our anniversary so we decided to splurge. I really didn't see what all the fuss was about. It was pretty much like any other decent, clean hotel, but with a bigger room. It was really too big -- a lot of wasted space.

It was an extremely enjoyable visit. The service was excellent.

This hotel made me feel important: They went out of their way to fulfill all our needs, even beyond their job descriptions.

The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and quiet. I don't need six pillows and a roll bolster on one bed. The room service menu had good range of choices, was reasonably priced, was good quality and promptly delivered. However, the bathroom lacks any hand holds for getting in and out of the tub/shower, and the tub surface is slippery.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Indianapolis, easily within walking distance of many key locations: the state capitol, convention center, baseball field, museum and zoo. I stayed in a suite, which worked out great -- there was a second room with a sofa, chairs and a table, as well as a TV.

They were great with our band kids who took up most of the hotel.

Wonderful stay, wonderfully located! Very friendly valet staff. Parking is $15, park in garage, don't trust the meters!

The business center was a hit for me. Wonderful!

The bar was horrible...plan on going someone else.

The best was the room! The bathroom was fantastic!
