27 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel manager here needs to take a class in customer service. When something goes wrong, you just need to apologize. Not say, I am sorry BUT. (that erases everything you just said and sounds defensive). i will never stay here due directly to management. They need to realize what customer service means, doing everything possible to make that individual happy and fixing their problems.

The location was within walking distance of many downtown activities and restaurants. I would recommend it to other travelers.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor of the room was beautiful.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Indianapolis.

I liked the hotel. It was clean, orderly and everyone met was very friendly and respectful.
