I love Hilton. They are my #1 choice every time.
This hotel made me feel elegant: It was a beautiful hotel. Everything was taken care of.

The hotel and amenities were great, but I was disappointed at being charged a parking fee.

It was very nice but there was a lot of commotion, so I did not get much attention…but that was understandable.

It was very nice, like being at home; only you don't have to do anything yourself. The breakfast was great.
This hotel made me feel inspired: It made us stay one night longer then we had planned because it was so comfortable and relaxing, it was like being in an apartment.

The water pressure and temperature were set extremely low. I know and appreciate Hilton's attempts to conserve the environment, but not having warm enough water was a discomfort.

The mini-refrigerator in my room was noisy and kept me awake all night. The curtains in the room did not shut out the street light. The hotel smelled of mildew. The marble or fake marble countertop in bathroom was cracked.

I've stayed at this hotel before and loved it. However, this time, they were having lots of technical problems and I got trapped in the elevator in the morning on the way to my meeting for 30 minutes. It was very upsetting and no one said anything to me.
