For the most part, the hotel and the service were wonderful. The only problem we had was with the breakfast buffet. The food was cold and they had run out of some of the food. But when we complained about it, we were not charged for the breakfast. I think this was the appropriate action.

The hotel was almost vacant. The restaurant only had a few people in it, but they could not even ask us if we needed anything. They just totally ignored us. The room was not cleaned the next day. Glasses were not changed and one was left on the furniture. The room service couldn't get the order right even after talking to them three different times.

I liked the excellent location and the nice view. I recommend others to eat in the restaurant; it's quite good. There was a small fire in the hotel during our stay, preventing access to our 12th floor room. Hotel management was very nice about it; they provided free drinks during the delay and complimentary dinner that evening. There was a small snag in our reservation (double beds instead of king as asked) and management took care of it quickly. The decor was quite nice; the room was as comfortable as Hiltons usually are.
This hotel made me feel respected: The problem with the type of room reserved was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. The time period when we could not access the room during the small fire was acknowledged and apologized for and adequately compensated with free drinks and dinner.

We would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a water view.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The rooms were very spacious and there was a lot of attention given to details in the room, such as throw pillows and decorative items.

The service at the bar was great. But the service and atmosphere inside the restaurant were below par for a Hilton in my opinion. I had Internet connectivity problems in my room that were resolved two days later than I had been promised.

This Hilton's beds (mattresses) were unusually bad--very bad! I wasn't able to rest well on the bed.
This hotel made me feel secure: I stayed at the Diamond Level floor with other frequent business travelers.

My stay was not good. The heating was not working. The hotel was understaffed over the Christmas holiday. The gift shop was closed and the buffet was not complete.
