If you have to stay in downtown Austin this hotel provides a comfortable stay with great access to the nightlife of downtown Austin. You can't do wrong by booking a room here.

Stayed 7/20&7/21 2007

Door Batteries did not work. Spent time in the Elevator lobby on the 22nd floor waiting for Security to fix the problem.

Safe did not work-Batteries again! Waited for that to be fixed.

Manager not very sympathetic, called the problems minor!
