I go to hawaii about once a year and decided to stay at HHV. i didn't see the big deal there. it's cool that there's shops there but not really near other places within walking distance.

This hotel is awesome, depending on which building and which rooms you get. Some rooms have great views, the one I got didn't, however, that didn't really hamper my experience with the Hilton Hawaiian Village. I loved the lobby. The tropical penguins and flamingos in the lobby is something special. You don't see that in a lot of the other hotels. They amenities are great, towels for the beach, bar close by, the sand on the beach is a little coarse, compared to the Sheraton's (each hotel on Wakiki buys their own sand). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here

The location was right on Waikiki Beach. The facilities were great. It was convenient to all the other sites on the island.

It was a very nice hotel, with a nice staff and a little bit expensive, but I would go there again.

Our original reservation was made at a different hotel which was being refurbished. Our booking was switched. When we arrived our reservation had been lost. It took more than an hour to get a room and get into the room. The hotel did not offer any complimentary plans.

The location and the setting were beautiful. Everything was conveniently located and transportation on the grounds was excellent. All the staff personnel was friendly and knowledgeable about things inquired about. One objection was that budget car rental coupons were not accepted. The dining area should be screened to prevent birds from entering and dropping on chairs and tables.

We are repeat customers. We like just about everything this Hilton hotel provides. I would recommend it to others.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights and loved every one of them. Every time we returned to our Lagoon Tower we were told "Welcome home". That was such a nice touch! We purchased a timeshare at Orlando and after we were there for a couple of days we decided to purchase in Hawaii as well.

The Hawaiian Village Hilton hotel in Honolulu was great in every way, the service, the location and the hospitality. I do not have anything negative at all to say about that hotel.

All went as expected, the service and attention to detail was superior.

There were other activities close by. It was clean and had access to various restaurants and beaches.

I had a great room and it was most comfortable.

They have excellent dining options and a great beach location. It is definitely worth paying more for an ocean view.
