Hilton Hartford Hotel

All was good like always at a Hilton hotel. I like these hotels.

This hotel made me feel secure: I needed to show my gas pass for entrance. In the foyer there were always people from security.

It was a convenient location. It had good food and good service. Parking was provided as well as adequate lighting to read in the room. It had high speed internet connection. There were two chairs in the room. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning unit.

I was very satisfied with my stay. It was a business trip and I needed a comfortable, quiet room, which is what I experienced.

This hotel made me feel important: They responded to me by name when I would return to my room in the evenings. They also made sure I had everything I needed during my stay

I was surprised at the amount of ancillary expenses incurred during my stay. While I expect to pay a premium for room service or parking, I do not expect to have to pay for a phone call or internet use.

My room was very clean. But check in and parking was cumbersome.
