Hilton Greenville and Towers Hotel

The hotel has a great location. It is a comfortable hotel with nice facilities.

The location was great. The room was very large, with a great view, and very clean. We received a discounted price that was very competitive. The check-in staff was average, although the check-out staff was wonderful!

This hotel made me feel elegant: The lobby was huge and beautifully decorated.

Although priced slightly high, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I loved the location, it was beautiful. The only downside is that the sheets were pulling of the bed all night, and the hotel woke us up in the morning to see if we were running water that was causing a leek. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

This hotel made me feel excited: When I made reservations it sounded like I was going to Disney, but when I arrived it was beautiful. There were lots of cool places surrounding the hotel (mall, etc.).

The same room was assigned to the gentleman checking in immediately following me. His key card opened my door and there he was. He left and I went to get ice only to find that my key card no longer worked. However, the staff promptly corrected the problem and brought a new key card to me. The staff was very apologetic and kind. But, the room assignment software should be updated to prevent this type of mistake in the future.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It had a great lounge with good, caring employees. It was a fun place.
