Horrible
I agree with what several other people wrote. I was at home, minding my own business, and I received a call about this timeshare presentation because I am a Hilton Honor Member. I told them that I was not interested, but the person on the phone...

Non smoking and non casino crowded. On the Las Vegas strip. Hotel was very nice. This was one of three Hilton Grand vacations hotels about 5 miles from the Las Vegas convention center. This is not the one next door to the Las Vegas Hilton, still...
I go to Las Vegas frequently for work. I stay here or at a Hampton Inn on the south end of the Strip. Even if I were here for leisure, I cannot say enough about NOT having to stand in line waiting for your car and NOT having to push through crowded casinos with endless detours and ringing bells. If you do want those things, this place is not for you. It's walking distance to the Wynn and Circus Circus and a $5 cab ride will get you to the heart of the Strip in 10-minutes, anyway.
30 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Really liked the facility. Nice, clean, and friendly staff. Our studio was nice, and roomy, but not unlike many rooms in Las Vegas. It was very nice to walk on the ground floor and not hear the racket of gambling or navigate the fog of cigarette smoke. The extras are plenty (weight room, pool table, kid/family entertainment area, nice pool area with bar and grill, personal barbeques in the pool area to feed the family, etc.), and the marketplace stays open late which can be nice.
Our biggest complaint were two things: shotty internet availability and poor television service. So, if you have no need for these two items, then I would quit reading. They offer wireless and CAT-5 internet in all rooms and wireless in the public areas. That's fantastic when it works. The internet was down or EXTREMELY slow most of the time. I think it's really bad when it's more reliable to ride a neighboring hotel's wi-fi signal then your own. Television had poor reception and then quit on the 3rd day. I find it troublesome when investing a great deal of money in a vacation club when they seem to struggle keeping some of the few extras working.
Bottomline, I would recommend this ownership plan to anyone who plans to vacation in the future. Sure, upfront it's a little pricey, but the return on it is bountiful. The facility here had it's glitches, but we can't fault them for service. Overall, it's a nice facility, but we look forward to other Hilton destinations in the future as they seem to make this one look like a little sad.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful pool! We will definitely be back, all the way from Philly. Loved the free internet in the rooms, didn't love the cost to print boarding passes in the business center. Would have been nice to have housekeeping stop...
