50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Great facility - Stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Loved being able to do some laundry in the suite (post convention) - love the big spa tub in the bedroom. Great flat screen TV's in both rooms - Bose sound system on main TV. Great staff, convenient store and social pool area with outdoor restaurant/grill/bar.
Not great location to walk to the high end of the Strip (Belagio, Luxor) Deuce bus was too crowded - so we walked to the Wynn and Venetian easily. Walk to Stratosphere -- A OK. This location will have great hotels around it in the future.
Great presentation of HGVC Timeshare opportunity -- not high pressure - and feel I know more now and would definitely consider for the future.

It was a terrific facility, in a nice location with a view of the Strip at night that was fabulous! The staff could not have been nicer as I had broken my foot during my trip! The suite was spectacular, comfortable and I felt totally pampered in the decadent bathroom with the whirlpool tub. We are considering a membership in the Hilton Grand Vacations as a result of this stay. The completed complex will be amazing, with services and facilities that exceed expectations for a vacation. We are going back there for our next big vacation in a couple of years and we will likely buy then. We were very impressed. We really enjoyed the southwest, we had never been there before and we loved the area. There was so much to do, a lot to see and it was a great place for a vacation.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: The facility was luxurious. It felt like we were in a high end hotel and we still paid a reasonable price for the pleasure.

Looking down, the pool floor appeared dirty and I did not go swimming. The repair service was prompt and efficient. Otherwise, the stay was great.

I enjoyed the pools and the service I received.
This hotel made me feel excited: I loved the game room and the energy was ecstatic in there. I had fun swimming, the life and the fun outside were comfortable and appealing.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking and had obviously been smoked in.

It was a pleasant stay and only weather prevented us from enjoying the facilities more.

46 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I went with a college friend who did not tell me that it was going to be a sales situation on Hilton’s part. So I was caught off guard when I had to sleep on a hide-a -way pull out bed. I know this is not the resorts fault and do not fault them in any way.
This hotel made me feel respected: All of the employees from the bellhops to the sales presentation were very professional and polite. This was especially so of the ladies at the small store.

We almost always stay at this hotel. It's in a convenient location, off the Strip. This time, however, the hotel was going through a remodel that we weren't aware of, and some areas weren't available for use.

The price was inexpensive. It was the only reason for staying at a time share place.
