Through Expedia.com,I booked reservations for 2 beach front rooms at the Hilton Hawaiian in Honolulu. When we arrived, we stood in line 45 minutes at reservation desk only to be told they gave our rooms to someone who wanted to extend their stay....
Everything stated in the earlier negative reviews was 110% accurate, right down to the outdated decor in the rooms. This may be the largest hotel (compound!) on Waikiki's "gold coast," but it is far from the best in terms of service....
