28 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location for the hotel is good. The spa left alot to be desired. As soon as I left my room someone snatched my laptop. Funny the door was locked but apparently the hotel can not be held accountable for your belongings when they are supposedly locked in their secure rooms. The front desk staff and security were both very unprofessional. Never again staying at a Hilton after many wonderful stays at other locations.

38 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It was a great experience with little problems.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There were nice beds and lots of soothing things such as a massage and workout facility.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Flamingo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
