Horrible
We reserved a room just to take the kids swimming for the weekend. The swimming pool was very cold. The enclosure where the pool is was 63 degrees. We tried to swim but the water and air were just too cold. Even the "hot tub" was only warm. ...

The Hilton airport location in Grand Rapids is easy to find and from there it is easy to get to any location in the city. It is on the edge of town so that you do not have the crowed feeling of a downtown hotel. The rooms are very well furnished and very clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The reception was courteous, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room had a great bed and the furniture was very nice. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with good quality linens.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilton Grand Rapids Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I am disabled. I was on the third floor and the elevator was broken when I went to check out. However, the room was well appointed, the food was very good, the bartender made a successful effort to produce my specialty drink and in sum the personnel was warm and helpful. I will go back.
The hotel saw to it that anything I needed or wanted or ordered was promptly delivered, with a smile.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Grand Rapids Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I really enjoyed my stay; the room, the amenities, the very good food and service. My only problem was the elevator, which did not feel too secure and in fact broke the morning of my departure.
The furniture in the bedroom was great and the bathtub was big enough to use.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Grand Rapids Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
