One of the worst hotels ever!

35 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I travel a lot, and am very picky about where I sleep.
My husband and I came here to stay after spending a day at the theme parks. We had booked our reservation at the 1-800 number for Hilton, and from staying at other Hiltons thought this would be up to their normal par. first they gave us a room that smelled so badly of smoke (it was a non-smoking room), we had to switch rooms.
The man at the front desk at check in was so unprofessional. He had a white shirt completely untucked from his pants, he was sitting in the back watching TV, and when we wanted to check in he barely said two words to us. When we went to switch rooms, he just gave us a different room, and didn't apologize. The bed was very uncomfortable, dirty, and just gross. The A/C didn't work well, and when we went downstairs early that night to get a snack, we saw riff-raff at the bar , and they went up in the elevator with us, and got off on the floor we were originally on, later we saw them leaving too!
We didn't get our morning wake up call that we asked for, so we wound up sleeping in. I can go on and on, stay away from this disgusting place, you'd be better off staying at a Motel 8 than this piece of junk they call a hotel.
