Hilton Garden Inn Windsor Hotel

The hotel is bright and clean and 99% of the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel booked a "20's something" booze fest the second afternoon of my stay. I didn't get to sleep until after 1:30 AM due to the brawling, loud talking and door slamming in the halls starting around midnight and ending around 1:30AM. The front desk was curt/unresponsive both times I called to report the noise. Remote location. No healthy options for food/snacks. No response from complaint email to Hilton Headquarters.

I found this particular Hilton Garden Inn hotel to be impressive in every way. The lobby was very comfortable. I had some guests visit me and we spent a considerable amount of time there. The room was large enough for my mother in law to spend the night with us without it being crowded. The breakfast buffet was so much nicer than most hotel breakfast buffets. I especially liked the omelet station where a chef prepared my omelet to order. It was a pleasant surprise to find grits on the menu outside of the south. They were properly prepared as well! Usually, when northerners make grits they make them too runny. I also liked that the juices were served in carafes. That was classy.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The furniture in both the room and the lobby was very comfortable. The way the room was laid out was right. The laundry room was well lit and you had to use a room key to get in. The staff was friendly and professional. They took pride in taking care of the facility and it showed.

It was clean and comfortable. I was only staying one night and I did not avail myself of many of the services.
