36 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This hotel is not good at all, the waiters are great, the front desk staff is cool and friendly, but the general manager is not a good manager.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown.
I would not recommend it to friends.
