They did not have the room that was confirmed and the person who was on the desk when we arrived was not very knowledgeable about the hotel at all. The room problem was taken care of the next day. When we checked out, the hotel tried to charge us for the stay even though we had already paid. This was taken care of with little effort. Other than these two problems, the stay was excellent.
