Hilton Garden Inn South San Francisco Hotel - Page 2

We were very pleased with the Hilton Garden Inn. It was located close to what we had going on and it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. It was a little pricey, but worth it.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were elegant, especially the bathrooms. The atmosphere was outstanding.

It’s in a great location for everything. The staff was very efficient and very polite. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff will really listen to you if needed and will just do whatever you need them to do. They are very appreciative of the customers.

I liked everything about this hotel stay.

I loved the great breakfast! I loved the location near the freeway. The hotel has great parking and very clean rooms! I liked the microwave/fridge in the rooms. I would have liked a little more light in the rooms -- they were somewhat dim. I liked the great ironing board. I would stay here again. It has a very friendly and accommodating staff. It's the best Hilton Garden I have ever stayed!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have great beds! I loved the cookies. And it was nice to put my water bottles in the refrigerator. I liked the pillows too. It was nice to be able to iron my clothes in my room. It was nice to be able to start the day off well with breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. I liked the good price and the helpful staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They welcomed back to the hotel. The clerk obtained my free water for me.

This hotel is a great place to stay.

The location was good and the concierge was excellent. But when we checked in, we were suppose to have two beds and they gave us one. Also, they only had a handicap room available when we wanted a regular room.

It was nice and hidden from the street, the parking lot part was nice. But I didn't like that you could hear the noise from the freeways on either side of the hotel.

The coffeemaker did not work but was promptly replaced with a new one. Restaurant service was mediocre but the food was good. The workout facility was minimal but open long hours for availability. There was not much available within walking distance (stores, other restaurants, etc.). The heating system/insulation could be better.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was beyond great and cordial, remembering who we were and interacting with us kindly. They were helpful also in directing us to local places we needed (restaurants, grocery stores).

Everyone was helpful and my mother and I had a wonderful stay there. The shuttle driver was really helpful with our transportation needs. The front desk clerk had all the answers to any questions that we had.

It's a classy hotel. It would be pricey paying through the hotel itself, but I got a great deal on Expedient.
