The services provided were not the same as what we were told on the phone and at the front desk at check in. The fold out bed wsas broken, and they wanted us to switch rooms late at night after unpacking and bathing.

I was traveling for business - flying in each monday and returning home each friday while having to put in a 40 hour week. The resulted in 10-12 hour days on tuesday -thrusday. The staff at the hilton made me feel relaxed so that was better able to en.
This hotel made me feel important: They greeted me by name; they remembered my name each week returned (even after the first week).
