When I first arrived, I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. He was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with printing out my boarding passes. The room was very nice and clean. The next day, I had a problem again when trying to print out my boarding passes for my air flight and the new person at the front desk was just as helpful, if not more helpful with my problem. If you want NICE, without a huge cost, this is the hotel for you.

Clarion's 'breakfast feature' is a touch of class--not only because there is no direct charge, but also because it is a major convenience for 80-year-old seniors. The eggs and bacon/sausage were great. I liked the atmosphere of the dining area.
Their employees were well trained: I noted that they were as friendly with me as I was with them. Also, I noted that they were very understanding in their handling of unreasonable guests.
