Hilton Garden Inn SFO Burlingame Hotel - Page 1

The airport was nearby and the parking policy allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel while on trip. They provided courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. I liked the comfortable and well designed room and the good food.

It was convenient to my destination and local stops.

This is a hotel I regularly stay at for business travel. The staff is experienced and friendly. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The location is more family oriented with lots of excellent restaurants not far away.

This hotel made me feel respected: When I ask a question, I have the staff member's full attention. If any research is needed to respond to my question, it is done quickly and my question answered.

I used the business center which was very useful. I printed boarding passes for my next flight and some other papers I needed. The only thing I missed was the chocolate chip cookies they usually have at the front desk. We came in late and would have really liked a little something to settle down and get to sleep.

It was a good stay. The toilet was not working properly when we arrived but it was fixed as soon as we reported it.
