The facility was excellent and very conveniently located. We had one problem with water in the shower. It was not hot one morning for me but it was fixed by the time my husband was ready to shower.

The hotel was nice and new. The children pool was really nice. The cocktail reception we were invited to was unexpected and we found out a lot about the hotel's history.

It has a great location right on the beach. It has a very nice pool area. It had a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The personnel at the registration desk were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Housekeeping personnel were accommodating.

It was a nice hotel on the Gulf Coast. It was a beautiful location. If you use the chase lounges on the beach, expect to pay a rental fee.

It was our anniversary and the clerk automatically upgraded our room to an ocean view for free. That was so nice! The breakfast buffet was great, also.
This hotel made me feel elegant: It was an above-class inn.

When the hotel clerk learned that it was our anniversary, he upgraded us to an ocean view room at no charge. That was very nice of him.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was the most friendly I have had the pleasure dealing with. I mean the entire staff, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, beach side, etc.
