Great stall/food.Liked all. The hotel and staff was very friendly. I will use this hotel every visit to Owings Mills. Also it was close to my son’s home and the mall. I've never met such friendly staff. It gave me comfort and peace during my stay.

I spent four months in Owings Mills on a consulting assignment. I stayed here after the first week in a competing local hotel. The staff is tremendous, they made me feel right at home. The rooms are fine, and the beds and bedding are terrific.

Lots of smiles and attention.Could not give directions to brick body�s fitness center. Friendly staff, speedy service, clean environment and after a long day loved the complementary cookies.

This hotel was conveniently located to where we wanted to be. It had a good breakfast restaurant. The only complaint was the lack of good walking well kept areas for morning walks.

Everything was fine but the whirlpool in the pool area did not work properly. We were informed on the first day that it would be fixed but it was not fixed on the second day either.

Good
The maid was very friendly.I didn't like the staff did not greet you unless you came up to the desk. The hotel was nice and clean. I did not like the hours the dining room was open and it need to be bigger of the Sunday brunch.
