They did a great job. The van service to and from the airport was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I appreciated the friendly greetings and their welcoming spirit.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was just a very friendly, clean, and wonderful experience.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I had a gathering of clients in the lobby.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport.

All was good except the airlines lost one of our bags and we left specific instructions with the desk to bring it up as soon as it was delivered by the airlines who had called to say it was on its way. Rhey never brought the bag to the room. When we checked out, we just happened to ask and the bag was there. They totally disregarded our instruction and their promise to notify us when the bag was delivered. Needless to say we slept very little while we worried about the whereabouts of the luggage.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

It's close to the airport and convenient to everything. It was an excellent experience and I will stay there again.

It was fine. It was just a one day stay for business so I wasn't there long.
