Hilton Garden Inn Norwalk Hotel

I cannot say enough good things about the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel personnel, the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, front desk and manager were always helpful, smiling, hard working and eager to please. The decor of the lobby and the rooms is lovely. We stay there very often, sometimes for a week at a time.

This hotel made me feel secure: I did not see any visible extra security measures in place but never felt insecure staying there.

I stay in this hotel all the time for business. It's comfortable and functional. The gym is adequate and the food (breakfast) is OK. The internet is reliable and the staff is friendly. I wouldn't stay here on holiday, but for business it works well.

It was convenient for our daytime purposes though the one night we needed to eat dinner, it was not. It is perfectly presentable, clean, and well equipped. The business room was appreciated for the ability to check emails as we were not traveling with a laptop.

We stay at this hotel three to four times a year and find the service and facility to be consistently excellent.

This hotel made me feel content: It was relaxed but efficient.
