Everything was fine except that the pool was only open between 6pm-10pm. Very inconvenient hours for families with children. The hotel representatives led us to believe the pool was open at normal hours.

Did not have appropriate # of beds as requested per telephone call, didn't want to make sicuation right but due to my refusal of no for an answer they did the right thing!
