Okay
I travel for business about 85% of the time so I really get a good idea about the hotels that I stay in. Let me start by saying that the business center is phenomenal-- full-service copier and fax machine (FREE) and a quiet secure room. The bar...

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty awful, stale baked goods, overcooked eggs, and French toast, with very slow and inattentive service.
I am not likely
to return to the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Staten Island.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Did not have appropriate # of beds as requested per telephone call, didn't want to make sicuation right but due to my refusal of no for an answer they did the right thing!
