There was only two things we didn't like, they gave us double beds when we wanted a king, but they made up for it definately by free breakfast for two days that we stayed. They have a bar and a wonderful cooked breakfast not the donuts and ceral ...

Excellent
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff was very friendly and the cookies each evening were delicious. We were close enough to Opryland that it only took a few minutes to get there. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.
30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is okay. It's lobby is pretty and there are fresh cookies on the counter. The only problem is that they are a total bait and switch. When you make a reservation stating your room requirements be aware that that is NOT what you are going to get, they will give you whatever they have at the time and then tell you that your request was not recorded. They will also not make any attempt to work with you to find a solution amenable to you both. I did finally find a way to get my money back so that I could go stay at another hotel where I could get a comfortable room that met my standards, however I had to call five different phone numbers, was transferred several times, it took me over 45 minutes just to get them to understand that I would not accept a room that whould not meet my requirements. So, I will get my money back, but only after I fax them my bill, fill out a bunch of forms, make a few more phone calls, and jump through several other hoops that are ridiculous.
