The location was exactly what I was looking for and the room and the service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a dirty sock on the floor. The lamp next to the bed did not work and we even changed the bulb. The telephone did not work.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The location was within walking distance of some of the events there. The parking there was good.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
