the only 2 things that went wrong was the phone next to the bed didn't work and it was never fixed, but there was the other phone in the room to use. And the shuttle was in for repair so we had to take a taxi but the hotel paid for the taxi. All and ...
Came in late on a Sunday night. Internet access was not working and needed to get work done. Called front desk and attendant was rude but said I needed to call the help desk (outside vending service). Called help desk no one ever called back. ...
