It was well located for my personal and shopping needs. The housekeeping and engineering staff were particularly attentive, efficient, and friendly while respectful of guest privacy. The front desk staff, with the exception of one incident, was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was traveling with my daughter and granddaughter and I felt they didn't look down on us even though we felt hot and tired and were worn out from packing up a household and were exhausted by the time we arrived.
