Your desk clerk, Maureen, was so kind and really helpful about getting my families rooms closer to each other. We had made reservations months in advance, with the promise we would be next to each other, but at check-in we found the 5 rooms we reserved were scattered all over the hotel.She rebooked and we were all next to each other on the 3rd floor. As a family we only get together every three years due to traveling logistics. It was particularly important as our mother was traveling with us and we could all watch out for her with peace of mind.
