It was a great stay. It had a great room with a big bathroom and tub. There was more than enough space. The power outlets are always hard to access in hotel rooms, my only complaint. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped with directions. The hotel directions are not accurate on Mapquest or Google Maps which is a huge issue.
They have a helpful hotel staff, clean rooms, and good answers to questions about outside dining.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen.

I don't like the fact that there have been a lot of insects everywhere in the hotel, primarily grasshoppers. Also I had a couple incidents where my room had a very bad smell and some fixtures were broken. I did have a good experience in which one of the afternoon managers assisted me with a scheduling problem and was extremely helpful and professional.
The bed and pillows were excellent.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
