I reserved a smoking room and received a non-smoking room. We went back to the desk and the clerk said he couldn't do anything because they were booked up. I reserved a smoking room! I should have smoked in the room anyway!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Allen.
I might recommend it to friends.

I loved the gym. The staff was wonderful and the place was very clean.

This hotel made me feel hip: There was new and great music on TV's and the staff there was awesome!

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Allen.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Traveling with family for a visit with out of town friends, the Hilton Garden Inn was a perfect choice. Never been to Texas before, but the staff at the hotel was so nice and welcoming, it felt better than home. The big outdoor pool was just what the kids wanted!

The location was close to great restaurants and convienent to shopping, movies and entertainment.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Allen.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
