The halls were pretty dirty and were not vacuumed the whole time we were there. There was room service stuff sitting out in the hall for a long time. Otherwise it was quiet.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. We appreciate the cleanliness and the great fresh smell everyday of our stay of 8 days, the bed was an absolute delight and the rooms are cleaned every single day, we'd also like to say how nice each and everyone there on staff is.
It's lively at cocktail hour, but not noisy, just good atmosphere, the other guess there were all polite. It is truly a beautiful place and worth the money. It's not far from the DFW Airport, and there’s no airplane noise heard in the rooms, good windows I guess. The shuttle service guys are very nice and friendly, they are glad to take you where you want to go and pick you up when you are ready. So, thumbs up.
You will be delighted at this hotel people, and it is close to two huge shopping malls (Macy's, Burlington Coat Factory, Barnes n Nobles, Target, K&G fashions, a huge movie theatre (and it is very clean), just to name a few. They also have some good restaurants (Mexican, Texan, Chinese, and Northern).
The location area of the hotel is quiet, you can enjoy a nice jog or walk and I would say it looks safe, even evenings. There is also a nice pool in the garden and a gym in the building, and it is clean. My husband and I will definitely be back.
