Room was for handicapped individuals. Door lock broken-discovered after a few hours that we could open door without key. Room access was denied on Day 2 of 3 day stay. Had to re-key for access. Sat. morning breakfast- was told there was no tables when clearly tables available- there was NO SILVERWARE. Staff were less than friendly-not enthusiastic, did not take ownership. Ft. Worth Garden Inn set the standard-we expected the same standard and were highly disappointed. Leadership was absent.
I made reservations 10 Days prior with CC. I arrived about 3:15pm. Desk had given my room away and hour earlier, didn't know why. Almost had to go to another hotel but it was corrected within 30 minutes when all mgt got involved. I We were traveling with a baseball team.

Very clean, nice staff, price was great. Have two kids that are 10, they loved the pool. Hotel restaurant was to pricy did not eat there, had someone charge a meal to our room, they removed the charge with no problem. Lots of places to eat and shop around. Can't go wrong with Hilton
53 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel has the most comfortable bedding I have ever slept on. The rooms were nice and cold in summertime, excellent air conditioning. Their swimming pool area not very enticing; but I left with a bad impression of their security in the parking lot. The hotel is set far away from the main access road. We came out about 5 am to get off to work and found our truck broken into. Reporting to the manager was for nought that morning. We were promised a return call when he came in; however, we never got a call to inquire about our experience. Reported to the Hilton website only to have the manager remind us that they were not responsible but that they were working on improving their security.
