The breakfast was nice.Pool and hot tub not working. Staff was smoking. Cold in lobby.“Upon check in no staff she was outside the door smoking. Son has asthma. When she came in she smelt like smoke. Not good! Pool and hot tub not working. Lobby cold....
47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
1. The hotel cook will refuse to make your food if he is not in the mood.
2. The cook never cleans his grill but tries to burn off the fat and grease. It is so bad the halls fill with smoke and the front desk help opens the lobby doors for ventilation. Very unsanitary.
3. The pool frequently quits circulating, making it cloudy and unhealthy to use.
