It's a very classy hotel with lots of extras. My family enjoyed our stay there and the conference I was attending went off smoothly.
This hotel made me feel practical: There are lots of extras available in and out of room.

We enjoyed our short stay, everyone was friendly and helpful. The airline lost our luggage and the counter people were kind about getting it to us.

The hotel is very convenient, and the location great. The staff helped with directions to Colorado Springs sites. There was not enough WiFi when I checked in, but was available within a day.

The rooms are noisy. Thin walls allow you to listen to the TV next door. Poorly constructed floors allow you to hear people walking in the room upstairs. I found it hard to sleep with all the noise.

This, and all hilton garden inn motels have been extraordinary in their care and pleasant demeanor.
This hotel made me feel secure: Alert front desk staff. Any one using elevator must pass directly by front desk staff.

We stayed at the hilton garden inn because it was listed as 'next door to focus on the family'. It was really across the street and a block or two down the street. It was still a good location.
This hotel made me feel inspired: The room had a good book about the founder of hilton hotels. It sounded like he was a good man that lead a good life. The room also had a copy of the bible.

My bill was to have been paid by another person. The receptionist did not have an authorization on the other person's credit card, so paid it on my own credit card. The original person at the hilton garden inn who had been in contact with the original.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The furnishings in the lobby were quite nice.
