Excellent
Since my in-laws live in Cleveland, we have occassion to visit Cleveland about twice a year. We always stay at this hotel. The location is wonderful for us and it is a great value for the money and the rooms are well appointed for the price point...

Thanks for my stay. When I stayed I meet some of the friendlest people there. They had a great sense of humor. Even though they were training they helped me a lot. It was the smile. The service was awesome everyone there tried to help you to the fulliest. Thanks for my stay it was great.

It was very pleasant and very handy for my purposes. They had clean, quiet rooms, and a friendly knowledgeable staff. They also had a handy restaurant with an especially nice morning wait staff lady. I have been staying there about twice a year in the winter since it opened.
The general surroundings are relaxing. The lobby is inviting and the pool and work out room are pleasant. The halls are also nice.
