This hotel for a Hilton is absolutely disgraceful! The customer service is appalling. It is by far the worst I have ever seen. Plus, the manager doesn't take care of business. I stayed there this past week for the entire week; Mon-Sun. They have bed bugs in some of the rooms and were unwilling to take responsibility when they were made aware of the problem. I would absolutely NEVER stay in this hotel again when visiting the area. I strongly advise that anyone wanting to stay at this Hilton should think twice. If I wanted to stay at a lower grade hotel I would have but, I expected more out of a Hilton that charged $119.00 a night.

Really a decent enough hotel. Bummer that there was no free breakfast. Swimming pool is tiny and if another family is using it, you almost feel as if you're intruding. Loved the Neutrogena soaps/shampoos :-D
But the worst aspect of the whole stay...
