I loved this hotel. The staff was so nice and friendly and everything was very nice and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area.
The beds were so comfortable. If you did not stay in the room, the oversized chairs in the lobby made up for it. They were a great place to curl up and read a good book.

to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North.

Mediocre
We had reserved a room with a roll away, On arrival we were told we would not be allowed a rollaway. Also the hot tub was not working and the clerk did not seem at all to care. with both complaints they did help us get a room at another hotel.
