Hilton Garden Inn Austin NW Arboretum Hotel

They have great accommodations for the price. The hotel was very close to where we needed to be. It was easy to find and navigate from the major highways.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was excited that it was so nice. I was not sure what to expect. The rooms and the facility were very nice.

I liked the hotel, but it was hard to get to it from the expressway. Those unfamiliar with this area of Austin should get detailed instructions from the hotel staff and be prepared to overshoot the hotel entrance!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was large enough to feel comfortable and the furnishings allowed one to relax on something other than the bed.

It's a great hotel and the staff went out of their way to correct the one problem we had. I was there on Christmas and the hotel did not serve breakfast. The desk staff had a list of restaurants in the area that were open on Christmas.

This hotel made me feel content: They saw to all my needs and even anticipated what we would need.

The location is very convenient, and we've had good service previously. Many great restaurants are close by.

This facility is close to where I need to be for work. The staff is pleasant. It is free, and therefore I highly recommend to sign up for their member rewards system that will gain you extra privileges. I would like if they kept their jacuzzi open later.
