I really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The bed had the best mattress I have ever slept on. The bathroom was an excellent size and easy to maneuver my wheelchair in and the shower was easy to use. The front desk and housekeeping staff always answered immediately and responded in a very timely manner. The young woman who took my reservation was excellent. The only thing that could have been a bit better was that I had asked for a king size bed and had to settle for a queen sized bed, but it worked out great because I got a quiet room with a wonderful view!

This hotel made me feel excited: The Crowne Plaza hotel made me feel excited because it was very professional and caring. I loved the attitude especially of the parking staff and valet service that made me feel like a queen and the offerings of the hotel made my time very comfortable. The hotel manages to take good care of their customers and also being a good place to relax as well as do business. They have an excellent, friendly atmosphere without overdoing it.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is the perfect location for visiting 6th St. It has easy access to sightseeing. It's within walking distance to everything I wanted to do in Austin.

The hotel was the best value I could find on a short notice, and I was needing a downtown location. It was very nice. My stay was short, so I didn't have time to use too many of the hotel's services. I would stay here again, but only if the price were right, as there are several competing hotels of similar quality in downtown Austin. The hotel with the best price gets my business.

This hotel is in a great location near the convention center and downtown. The amenities were great and well-appointed. The staff was very good. I had a private dinner and the food and staff from the catering office were outstanding -- the best!

They badly need to increase soundproofing in some parts of the hotel.
