I needed a rollaway bed and I asked for one during reservation. I also asked when I checked in and again an hour later. The bed arrived very late after about seven attempts to get one. The reservation agent said it would be no problem. The front desk was nice but useless. Each time they said it was on the way. I and my family will not visit the Hilton Garden Inn hotel again because they do not cater to families and wish to focus on business people.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage.
