We stayed their twice with an ECTB group. Had the worst time getting reservations. Made reservations month in advance called to confirm did not

have our reservations. We were given confirmation numbers did not match reservations. Spoke with sales office Marie Guzman does not return phone calls for several days. We finally got to hotel and they did not have some of our reservations. Gave us rooms people were already in. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff is really incompetent.

The staff was unhelpful with questions asked of them about the area. When we needed toiletries we were led to believe that we had to pay for them instead of having them complimentary, as they were. We were not told anything about the gym or the pool.

It’s a very nice place to stay. It has a nice pool, bar, and a little shop inside. It’s not a tourist spot.

The only comment I have was about breakfast. There were not enough employees doing the cooking. I believed there was only one person making the eggs. We ended up going out to a diner for breakfast, which ended up being cheaper than the hotel. I believe the hotel should have a continental breakfast included and this Hilton hotel, surprisingly enough, did not.

It's in a convenient location. It had clean rooms. It's a good value and has a nice restaurant.
